Application process

In case you are interested in joining the team of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in the Czech Republic, please fill out the online application  where you can also upload your CV and motivation letter. Your application will then be processed by the responsible HR Advisor.

When your profile meets our requirements, you will be invited to participate in further selection procedure consisting of several interview rounds during which you will be expected to solve case study. After successful completion of these interviews you will participate in an Assessment Center and be interviewed by our managing partner.
