Career steps
At Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, there are a total of six career steps. Your entry level depends on your prior experience.
We offer our consultants an excellent program for professional and personal development. Twice a year, each consultant's performance is reviewed. Based on this review, an individual career path is then charted in discussions with his or her personal mentor. The objectives set in this context are to help the consultant with personal development within our company.
Our extensive international seminar program for all consultants, including the two-week kick-off training course, is also part of this process. Depending on performance and duration of employment, consultants also have the opportunity to study for an MBA or a doctorate. There are also opportunities to work at other Roland Berger offices, courtesy of our International Staff Exchange Program, to enable consultants to further enrich their experience.
