Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, EFMA – European Financial Management & Marketing Association and Nordea conducted a benchmark study entitled to examine success factors in retail banking for individual clients of European banks. Flexibility in the way branches are organized is a key success factor, both in terms of costs and profits, irrespective of considerable regional differences in strategies and business models.
