Jaroslav
Jaroslav's motto is as down-to-earth as the man himself: "Keep your eyes open, keep learning and contribute to the team effort the best way you can". Frank, open communication as well as long-term vision and systematic approach are very important to him. At work, he likes to have things under control and avoid surprises, although these usually happen anyway. He is sharp, receptive and learns fast. A tough sportsman both in body and mind, he does everything he can to stay fit despite his challenging work. When he is called on to deliver top performance, no distance is too long and no mountain too high. The biggest sources of satisfaction for Jaroslav are answering tough challenges, successful projects, satisfied clients and feeling that he has contributed to a good cause. But he can enjoy good food, good wine literature or fun with friends as well.
Jaroslav joined Roland Berger in 2006 after finishing his Masters degree in International relations at the University of Economics in Prague. As a part of his CEMS MIM studies, he also spent one semester at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in Bergen. His project work has taken him to many countries in Western and Central Europe, where he gained experience in solving interesting cases across different industries. But currently, he spends most of his time working in financial services and on marketing-related projects.
