Monika is in charge of our Business Intelligence & Graphics Unit and constantly has to juggle the conflicting priorities of consultants and project managers across sectors and topics.

When she joined Roland Berger, she knew that to produce well researched and well structured slides would require her to show thorough and inventive data mining capabilities, as well the ability to translate complex issues into clear charts. She soon learned that she also needs strong project and team management capabilities and a talent for diffusing tension while working under heavy time pressure. Her optimistic personality and strong sense of initiative are valued assets.
