Roland Zsilinszky

Roland joined Roland Berger in the beginning of 2007 after holding top managerial positions at a number of companies in various industries.

During his career, he was creating business strategies, supported companies expanding internationally by formulating market entry strategies and helped them to establish foreign subsidiaries. Besides this, he has helped in creating and implementing restructuring concepts for companies in danger of bankruptcy. Thanks to his broad experience gained primarily in Slovakia, Hungary and Germany, he is able to see proposed solutions from a client's perspective, which gives him the ability to reach a consensus in delivering feasible results. He is responsible for coordination of Automotive Competence Center in CEE region.

His passion for obtaining knowledge – despite having a young family – motivates him to further studies. In 2007, he added Professional Diploma in Management to his master degree from EU in Bratislava. In 2009, he successfully finished his MBA studies at OUBS in Milton Keynes.

Travelling is his passion that he combines with sport activities such as windsurfing, diving and skiing. He likes to play tennis, football and chess.
